This week, Pastor Steve will be showing us how our spiritual growth is connected to worshiping with others. Something unique and beautiful happens when we gather together -- a type of growth occurs that cannot be reproduced when we worship alone. Some would say that worshiping Jesus together may be the most important thing we do. It plays an imperative role in our spiritual growth. It is like throwing another log on our spiritual fire to keep us fuelled and renewed. Something happens when we hear the voices of other Christians lifting the name of Jesus and cheering each other on as we struggle in the race of life. As we worship together, God works collectively in the Christian’s heart as Scripture is read, as prayers are spoken, as songs are sung, or as the truth is preached.
