On behalf of the Staff, and Board at Campbell River Baptist Church, we would like to welcome you and thank you for connecting with us today.
If you know someone who is not receiving our weekly newsletters and would like to, please encourage them to do so by calling into the office (250) 287-8831 or go directly to the website.
We are so thankful that you have continued to be the Church in so many ways each and every week!! We are the Church. Our worship of God is not confined by the walls of our building. We cannot give up gathering (Hebrews 10:23-25a), we cannot stop loving, we cannot stop giving, we cannot stop growing.
We have an opportunity to serve our faith community here in Campbell River and we want to provide you and your family with resources to stay connected to God’s word and to each other during this time.
Please use this Order of Service as a springboard to start your time of worship this morning.
God Bless
We would love it if you would join us in a time of worship through song. We have created a playlist on Spotify for you to listen to or sing along with. Together, let us lift high the name of Jesus!
We are called to honor and worship God with all areas of our life. This includes resources such as our time and finances. We would like to take the opportunity to point you towards some of our online giving options such as PushPay or our Mobile Giving.

Rocks & Snakes
Matthew 7:9-11 says
You parents—if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? 10 Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! 11 So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him.
This week make some ‘rocks’ and ‘snakes’ as a reminder of the truth that God cares about us and that God Hears us when we pray.
Activity 1: “Rocks”
Materials needed:
Step 1: Put chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Add 15 second at a time if it’s not all the way melted after 1 minute
Step 2: Combine chocolate mixture with honeycomb - stir until combined.
Step 3: Add vanilla
Step 4: Once the honeycomb is completely covered, add the icing sugar just a little bit at a time. Stir until you get the clumps looking like ‘rocks’.
Activity 2: “Snakes”
Materials needed:
Step 1: Make small cuts along one side of the cucumber, close together, but not all the way through
Step 2: Flip the cucumber over and cut diagonal cuts, close together, but not all the way through
Step 3: Cut a triangle out of the tip of the cucumber for a mouth
Step 4: Cut a small piece of red pepper for a tongue, place it in the mouth
Step 5: Use the knife to cut small holes where they eyes go
Step 6: Put the eyes into the snake Enjoy!

Over the next few weeks, we will want to be both proactive and creative in how we maintain our community while still being wise about our health. There are many people within our body of believers here at CRBC and many more in our community who may find it difficult to get the supplies they need, day in and day out.
We would like to help facilitate during this time and we ask that you call into or email the CRBC office and provide us your name and number if:
