Irwin is married to Rita and they have 3 sons. They've been a part of CR Baptist since the late 90s. Irwin has been involved in Christian ministry since college spending many years at a Christian camp as a maintenance man and later as the Director. He has a background in music and loves to worship God through song. Beginning in June of 2016, Irwin joined the staff team as the Director of Facilities and Maintenance. He loves being outdoors and in his spare time can be found on his mountain bike riding one of Campbell River's spectacular trails.
