What Does it Say?  V13  After the wise men had left, The Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream telling him to take Mary and Jesus to Eqypt because Herod was trying to kill Jesus.  He was to stay there until the angel told him it was safe to return.  Joseph did what the angel told him to do that night.

What Does it Mean?  God guided Joseph in what he needed to do - go to Egypt; when he needed to do it - now; and how it was to be done - at night in secrecy; and he provided the funding they needed to do it - wise men gifts.  God still guides.  Several years ago, we sold a piece of equipment, but we held the mortgage on it.  I woke up one night with a very strong feeling that I was to call the insurance company and make sure we were listed as holding the first mortgage.  The next day, I made the call and we were not listed on the policy.  I sent the documentation and the problem was corrected.  A couple of days later, the equipment burned and we would have lost everything.   I am so thankful that I listened to God's prompting right away.  Think of a time when God prompted you to do something.  Did you do it?  What happened?
