Diego has dedicated his life to founding and pastoring churches in Medellín, Colombia. He and his pastoral team have planted eighteen El Redil (“The Sheepfold”) churches, united in their desire to see Christ exalted and his body strengthened. Diego and his wife Claudia are involved with the development of leaders within these churches. Diego also teaches expository preaching and leads the National Association of Churches in Colombia in church planting and missions.
He is a graduate of the National Seminary in Medellin as well as Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C.
The Cardonas have two adult children, Daniel (Sara) and Tania, and three grandchildren.
