What does it mean to be lukewarm?

What if the greatest danger to our faith is believing we are doing just fine?

Jesus’ words to the church in Laodicea invite us to consider whether comfort, self reliance, and religious routine have quietly replaced a vibrant relationship with Him. A lukewarm faith may still look convincing on the outside, while no longer bringing healing, refreshment, or hope to a thirsty world. Yet Jesus does not expose our spiritual condition to condemn us, He does it because He loves us too much to leave us unchanged.

Where have you stopped depending on Christ, and what might happen if you opened the door to Him again? Come and discover what it means to leave lukewarm faith behind, encounter Jesus more deeply, and become the light He created you to be.
