Can God use someone like me?

As we lean into what happens next after Easter, we will ask the question: Can God use someone like you and me? If so, what does that look like? In Acts 1:1-11, the disciples are eagerly seeking guidance after Jesus’ resurrection. They are told to wait for the promised Holy Spirit, emphasizing the importance of patience and obedience in following God’s voice. In Acts 1:8, we read about the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, which empowers believers to be witnesses for Christ locally and globally. As we follow the voice of God, we are reminded that our lives have purpose and meaning when we align ourselves with God’s will, allowing Him to work through us. Therefore, let us embrace the call to follow the voice of God, knowing that He equips and empowers us to share the good news of the living Jesus so others might live. Please pray for Pastor Steve and the team as they prepare the service. We are looking forward to what God is going to do this Sunday!
