This week we continue our series of Daily Reminders by looking at prayer and meditation in the life of a follower of Jesus. Prayer and meditation can often seem like big religious concepts that are beyond the grasp of the average believer. But what does Scripture show us? This Sunday, by looking at the Bible and the lives of some well known followers of Jesus, we'll see how simple, practical, and necessary, prayer and meditation are in our walk with God.
