Is power and authority a good thing, or a bad thing? In Ecclesiastes, Solomon observes a hard truth, “man had power over man to his hurt.” We have all experienced authority used well, and authority used badly. But what if the deeper question is not simply who has power, but how power is meant to be used? This Sunday we will explore how the Bible reframes power, from God’s authority that brings order out of chaos to the way Jesus redefines greatness through humble service. Join us as we discover how even the small influence we carry every day can bring healing, wisdom, and life to the people around us.
