We are part of North American Indigenous Ministries. We have lived in Cape Mudge since 2010 and continue to lead and assist services and Sunday School.  A lot of our ministry takes place with people in their homes and also in community  gatherings. We take part in house and prayer meetings with different First Nation believers on and off reserves in the Campbell River and Quadra areas.

We are often called to be a part of funerals. It is at these times ones true beliefs can be visited. At these funerals we pray with the family, share the word of God, sing worship songs in English and the Kwak’wala language.

During the summer months we focus on outreach to reserves through worship, speaking and leading workshops. We have long-term ministry friends that we team up with and enjoy fellowshipping together. We also are involved in leadership with the Nanoose Bay Native Youth Family Camps and many church rallies throughout British Columbia.

We also focus on outreach through a hockey program in downtown Campbell River for youth and families. We are also involved in preservation of the Liqw’ala language with the elders. We have learned much from our precious elders and have been blessed by their fellowship.
Keep us in you prayers as we continue to follow the direction of Iki Gigamey Ump (Father in Heaven). Thank-you, for supporting us prayerfully and financially.
 God bless,
Brody & Alison Naknakim
